An Unexpected Cozy Getaway
The service was quite attentive, with complimentary snacks and beverages that made us feel welcome. The washroom facilities were newly installed and well-maintained, which was a highlight for our family.
Though the overall experience was pleasant, the heater wasn't functional, and some of the electric sockets didn't work, which led to some inconvenience during our stay.

The floors needed a serious vacuuming!!! Bathrooms could use some attention and fresh milk would have been a nice touch!!! Noise from the front door and outside was quite disruptive during the night!!!

The place has some serious cleanliness concerns—bleached everything left a lingering odor that took days to air out. The bedding was in terrible shape and towels were scarce. our group of four was left sharing just one, which is utterly ridiculous. The Deluxe Family Room I booked was misleading—about 8-9 square meters and cramped for our luggage. The shower setup did not have a rail, and repairs were clearly needed. that flimsy headboard? Broken. I had to sift through half-drunk cans and opened jars in the fridge that should’ve been cleared before our arrival.

ideal spot for parks, museums, and local eateries
staying here gave me quick access to beautiful parks like Regent's Park and Hampstead Heath which are perfect for leisurely strolls. I discovered great local spots to grab a bite just a short walk away.

i almost thought about giving a good review, until i noticed the lack of basic cleanliness, like dirty bed sheets and a filthy shower. woudl ve been nice to get a towel for each of us, but i guess that’s too much to ask. no one seemed concerned about my comfort either, despite my obvious distress.

the room was super comfy and had snacks and water waiting for us, which was a nice surprise. i really liked the toiletries they provided, felt like a great touch even if one of them was opened. plus, the floor was polished and they had a kettle and iron for us to use. really affordable rooms too, which is cool for families on a budget. overall, it was a chill stay!
the shower could definitely use some updates and the body wash was already opened. it would be nice to have new toiletries at least.

Recommended for budget explorers
This place was very clean! I felt comfortable sleeping there and using the restroom! It’s refreshing to see a property that ensures cleanliness honestly, it’s the bare minimum but not guaranteed everywhere. The host even provided free water and snacks, which was unexpected yet appreciated, especially when you are used to paying too much for basic refreshments.
It wasn’t the cheapest, but for the value, it’s acceptable.
